Ligo Platform
A modular people-management and time-profitability platform — free Core HR, paid modules you toggle on, at flat per-user pricing.
WHAT IT IS
Ligo is a modular workforce engine for IT consultancies, agencies, offshore development centers, and startups. A Core HR foundation directory, org charts, documents, team profiles with the rest sitting in modules you switch on only when you need them: Leaves, Timesheets, Projects, Expenses, and Performance, all at one flat per-user price.
The connective tissue is time profitability: timesheets link employee hours to actual billing rates, project budgets, and real-time margin reports. Logging time and knowing your margin become the same action.
WHY I BUILT IT
Small teams pay for enterprise HRMS tiers they mostly don’t use, then bolt on point solutions for leaves, expenses, and timesheets and the seams between those tools are exactly where project margin leaks away.
Ligo is the opposite move: a lean foundation, expressive modules, and one place where receipts, leaves, and billable hours reconcile. You pay for what you turn on, not for a tier.
HOW IT WORKS
A Core HR base, with modules toggled on per tenant. Projects & Timesheets maps logged hours to cost and billing rates for live gross-margin reporting. Leaves ships policy presets (CL/SL/EL) with carry-forwards, comp-offs, and approval chains. Attendance does geofenced clock-ins and shift regularization. Expenses handles receipt scans, client-billing tags, and multi-tier approvals. Performance runs appraisal cycles, self-evaluations, and OKRs.
